So I got a new Tablet for Christmas ( [link] ) and I've decided it's time I came out of artistic hibernation. I haven't drawn at all much lately, but I think it's time I got started up again.

I've been watching a ton of Doctor Who lately, so that's probably going to be what I'm drawing for awhile. Maybe I'll draw some House, too. I really need some ideas...esp. for some original stuff. I think I'm going to ask for ideas in the forum.

Need to get those creative juices flowing!

Was in a national Judo tournament (and kicked a little butt)

Still haven't fixed my tablet

Found my playstation 2 (yes, it is possible to lose something that big)

Became newly obsessed with Final fantasy for some reason

Can't remember what happened next

Drew some pictures

got a livejournal account

intended to write some fanfiction

watched tv instead (my dad has cable! Oh, the luxury!)

Watched Doctor Who for the first time ("Blink")

Figured out what exactly the show is

Was bricked for not knowing

Became obsessed

Saw The Hangover

Watched hours of old Doctor Who episodes online (I get obsessed easily, okay?)

Watched the Dragonball movie. You know, the one with real actors? It didn't suck. It was actually good, at least I thought it was. I mean, considering how sucky it could've been, It was good enough. (maybe it was because my expectations were so low).

Anyway, watch Dragonball Evolution. And then, if you haven't, go watch Doctor Who. And then go watch House, because House is awsome.

I absolutely cannot stand this. Argh. I want to draw on the computer so bad, but I can't. I don't know how long it's going to last, but my mom took it apart and said the word "suater."

Oh, boy--I really need a creative outlet. I have been sketching, but the freedom isn't the same. I have so many projects I want to finish >_<

I guess it wouldn't be too much of a loss if it never worked again; the thing is a dinosaur (as seen here [link] ). I just don't want to buy a new one because I have no money.

I have other (much more so) depressing news, but...meh, I don't really feel like smearing DRAMA and teen angst all over my page, so...

Well, I will say that it has to do with a loss and a lot of indecision, but that's all I'm not really one to type more than I need to on here, even though that mostly that has to do with laziness lol

ah, well. We'll see what happens. Hopefully I can get my tablet back and I can smear art over my page instead.

OH. MY. GOD.

After months of not caring what happened in the gaming industry one way or another, I found myself caring, and caring a lot.

Nintendo recently announced at E3 what their new handheld RPG is going to be--yes, GSDS (I hope it's a working title)

If you've ever played the first two Golden Suns on the GBA, you know how big of a deal this is. I consider those games to be some of the best RPG's ever made. I just hope Nintendo can live up to expectations with this...

apparently, the characters in the game will be the descendants of the original (That sucks, because I really wanted to play Felix again), and the environments will be 3D rendered.

Hmm, but maybe Piers will be in it again. That'll be a nice surprise.

What really made the first games special was the simplicity, the beautiful story line, and of course, the characters. I really hope (really really really hope) that this next one will be just as good as the others.

Of course, this may not happen at all, and I really don't want to get my hopes up, but I'm just going to sit here and dream a little.
